It is free for the client to sign up, post a project, receive bids from freelancers/professionals, review the freelancer's/professional’s portfolio and discuss the project requirements.
If you choose to award the project, we charge you a project fee. The project fee is a 4% fee which is paid at the time of payment which covers the project support and the payment processing fee from Stripe.
You may cancel the project from your dashboard at any time for up to seven (7) days after the project has been accepted for a full refund of your fee.
It is free for the freelancer/professional to sign up, create a profile, select skills of projects you are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, discuss project details with the employer, and bid on projects. The freelancer/professional is charged a 5% fee which is paid at the time of payment from the client.
Taxes are the responsibility of the freelancer/professional based on local rates and rules defined by the user's city of residence. Recovery Workforce does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

The fees and charges summarized on this page are governed by the terms of the Recovery Workforce User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. In particular section 23 of the User Agreement specifies the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Recovery Workforce will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement.
